Supermodel Marisa Miller is revealing her top five summer git-fit tips in ‘Shape’ Magazine’s summer issue.
1. Get active, and the sooner the better.
Before somebody mistakes you for Jessica Simpson.
2. Never run on empty.
Instead, prance lightly on the runway.
3. Give in to temptation.
‘Specially when it’s Enrique doing the temptin’.
4. Be flexible with your workouts.
Arch and turn, arch and turn.
5. Don’t eat like your guy.
Or you will sprout unusual tufts of hair in unwanted places.
Sounds like good advice, Marissa. I’m all over it.
