Kiefer Sutherland will be facing assault charges after going head to butt with designer Jack McCullough in NYC Monday night.
Kief claimed the Jack attack was merely in defense of Brooke Shields, who is a client of McCullough’s. According to Kief, when McCullough gave Shields a shove, he stepped up demanding the pusher apologize. But instead of saying sorry, Jack nudged Kief, and that’s when the ’24’ star introduced his noggin to McCullough’s schozz.
Although witnesses also reported McCullough knocked the knock-out to the ground, Shields disputes Kiefer’s claims, stating “Jack did nothing inappropriate.”
Sutherland is currently on probation for a DUI conviction.
